You already have solid prior knowledge of Italian or have graduated from Italian (approx. A2) and would like to improve your knowledge. We focus primarily on communication by email and telephone and the necessary vocabulary.

- Deepening of grammar (imperfetto, tense sequence, indirect and direct pronouns, prepositions, future tense)
- Repetition and deepening of the basic vocabulary of communication and forwarding
- Load and truck search
- Offertmanagement
- Price arguments, complaints, introduction of acquisition
