How hypnosis can help us being happier, more successful and more determined
Let's face it, the last two year weren't exactly sparkling and 2022 doesn't really promises to be any better now, at least the first half of the year. Most of us have been through or are still going through a crisis of some kind: frustration, listlessness, discontent with the work from home situation, home schooling, what feels like the 100th lockdown and existential fears, or perhaps the feeling that you want to change something in your life because everything isn't going so well anyway. This would be the ideal moment for a fresh start. But what to do?
We started working on a hypnosis concept to enable more efficient learning in our courses, especially for those who haven't been in school for a long time. But since hypnosis has so much more potential, i.e., it can make everything we imagine possible, we also want to contribute to people’s well-being. That's why we've been working intensively for a year on various concepts, such as how we can use hypnosis or group hypnosis to deal better with our everyday working life and other madness, become happier, deal better with stress and thus also prevent burn-out.
Group hypnosis is of course also possible indoors. This makes it easier to combine work and relaxation. All you need is a quiet room with enough space, either comfortable chairs or yoga mats and possibly towels or a light blanket to cover yourself.
Let's not let 2022 spoil our mood. We can't change the chaos, but we can change how we feel. If politics does not look at us, then we must take matters into our own hands.
Let's make 2022 the year of personal well-being. For us, for our future.
