In the hypnosis sessions, I accompany you on a journey through your inner self to help you achieve your goals. In doing so, we remove blockages and work through everything that is preventing you from success. For this it is not necessary for the causes of the blockages to be spoken out loud - a work-up is also possible without the knowledge of the hypnotist.
How does hypnosis work? Hypnosis is not sleep, but a trance state in which we have access to our subconscious and can release blockages. In this state, we also have the opportunity to install a "new program" and thus free ourselves from patterns that prevent us from achieving our goals. In hypnosis, so-called suggestions are anchored in the subconscious, positive ideas that make our goals real for us and therefore easy to implement.
Can I be hypnotized too? 95% of people are receptive to hypnosis. How successful hypnosis is depends on the intellect and the willingness to engage in hypnosis.
Do I have no will during hypnosis or do I reveal all my secrets? No. Hypnosis only works as long as you want it, it is always possible to wake up from hypnosis if I no longer want to participate. In principle, it is also possible to lie during hypnosis.
How is the process? In a first session we discuss your goals and check your suggestibility and introduce you to hypnosis. We then release any blockages and replace your exam anxiety with a suggested positive exam. If necessary, we also set a physical anchor that activates the new, positive "program" before exam situations.
Who is hypnotizing me? Anna Haselsberger is a qualified hypnosis coach and has been dealing with mental strength, learning blocks, test anxiety, stress management and the achievement of goals for years. With mental training, she was able to successfully overcome her exam anxiety on her own, but then looked for a way to be able to achieve goals more easily. She had been using mental training and self-hypnosis for a long time before completing her training as a qualified hypnosis trainer in order to be able to help others achieve their goals.
