You finally want to reach your desired weight? Have you tried all the diets but can't keep your weight off? Do you love eating sweets, chips and unhealthy foods far too much, but find it difficult to stop?
With hypnosis we can easily eliminate your cravings for unhealthy things and anchor a healthy diet as a "basic program" in your subconscious. You'll never have to fight prohibitions again, but your inner voice will determine what you feel like doing in the future. Will you never eat chocolate again? Sometimes you will eat a piece, but then you don't like the taste as much and you would rather go back to something healthy.
At the same time, we increase your urge to move and play sports. You will build muscle and lose weight sustainably and in the long term. Your body will change and you will feel good about it.
Weight loss hypnosis is not offered as a single appointment! How so?
Our eating habits have often been with us for years and we have acquired certain habits over the years. In many cases, obesity does not only come from having too much, but there are often other causes or functions behind it that we may not be aware of. It is therefore necessary to get to the bottom of all the causes and explore why we overeat: how we are doing, when and with whom we eat, whether we reward ourselves with food for something, or isolate ourselves from our environment or want to protect, i.e. eat away at a "protective layer". We therefore ask for your understanding that we no longer offer individual sessions for weight loss hypnosis.
Exercise is also part of healthy weight loss! We would also be happy to recommend a trainer who will work out a fitness program with you. We are happy to coordinate your weight loss hypnosis with the training or. support you in training.

How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis is not sleep, but a trance state in which we have access to our subconscious and can release blockages. In this state, we also have the opportunity to install a "new program" and thus free ourselves from patterns that prevent us from achieving our goals. In hypnosis, so-called suggestions are anchored in the subconscious, positive ideas that make our goals real for us and therefore easy to implement.
Can I be hypnotized too?
95% of people are receptive to hypnosis. How successful hypnosis is depends on the intellect and the willingness to engage in hypnosis.
Do I have no will during hypnosis or do I reveal all my secrets?
No. Hypnosis only works as long as you want it, it is always possible to wake up from hypnosis if I no longer want to participate. In principle, it is also possible to lie during hypnosis.
How is the process?
In a first session we discuss your goals and check your suggestibility and introduce you to hypnosis. In the following sessions we work through any blockages and consolidate your goals in your subconscious. In the last session, we anchor the ability for self-hypnosis in your subconscious so that you can refresh your goals and activate the suggestions from the hypnosis at any time.
Who is hypnotizing me?
Anna Haselsberger is a certified hypnosis trainer and has been dealing with mental strength, learning blocks, exam anxiety, stress management and achieving goals for years. With mental training, she was able to successfully overcome her exam anxiety on her own, but then looked for a way to be able to achieve goals more easily. She used mental training and self-hypnosis for a long time before completing her training as a qualified hypnosis trainer to help others achieve their goals effortlessly.
Included in the price: preliminary talk and 3 hypnosis sessions in the AHA! Learning center in Kufstein by individual arrangement.
