Group hypnosis is very well suited for e.g. coping with stress, deep relaxation, motivation, releasing blockages, but topics such as giving up smoking can also take place in the group. Of course, we would also be happy to come to your company.

What is needed?
A quiet room with enough space
Comfortable armchairs or yoga mats
Towel/blanket, because blood pressure can drop slightly during hypnosis, support pillow for the spine in the event of a hollow back
How is the process? In a first session, we briefly discuss how hypnosis works and check the participants' ability to be hypnotized, and then the hypnosis begins directly. Further sessions can be thematically adapted as desired.
Who is hypnotizing me/us? Anna Haselsberger is a certified hypnosis trainer and has been dealing with mental strength, learning blocks, exam anxiety, stress management and achieving goals for years. With mental training, she was able to successfully overcome her exam anxiety on her own, but then looked for a way to be able to achieve goals more easily. She used mental training and self-hypnosis for a long time before completing her training as a qualified hypnosis trainer to help others achieve their goals effortlessly.
